Germany one of the countries with highest demand for the new Ferrari V12
Berlin (Germany), 17 June 2011 - Germany has always been Ferrari's most important market in Europe, as well as the second in terms of sales worldwide, and the introduction of a new model is always an occasion for an impressive turnout of local clients and collectors as was proved at yesterday's gala evening for the launch of the FF, the new Ferrari 12-cylinder, in the Italian embassy in Berlin.
The FF's official debut on the market, which accounts for 10 per cent of production from the manufacurer in Maranello, was held in the presence of Ferrari Chairman, Luca di Montezemolo, the Italian Ambassador Michele Valensise and two special guests , German an Italian foreign ministers Guido Westerwelle and Franco Frattini, together with over 250 enthusiastic Ferrari clients.
During the evening Montezemolo underlined the FF's huge success, confirming that this year's entire production and a good part of next year's have already been sold. Germany is one of the countries with the highest demand for the FF thanks to the car's numerous virtues, including its extraordinary versatility. In fact, thanks to the patented 4RM system, this Ferrari four-seater can be used under the most extreme grip conditions, such as on icy or snowy roads.
Warm applause from the guests and flashlights from the cameras accompanied the entrance of three FFs into the embassy's garden recreating the Italian flag with their green, white and red liveries. |
